HOW TO IMPROVE  and strengthen IMMUNITY

White blood cells is an integral part of your immunity system to maintain good health. They are there to defend healthy cells and fight off hostile and alien organisms in the body that can threaten your health.  Many things do and are able to attack the immune system and slow down the production and strength of white blood cells. 

But you can and should do some things that can boost your immunity and stimulate your white blood cells to keep your body healthy. Supporting the immune system is important for everyone, but especially so if you have illnesses and conditions that compromise your health.

 

Step 1

Eat foods that are non inflammatory.  Inflammation produces mucus that interferes with proper immune function. Limit or eliminate your intake of animal proteins, white flour foods, junk food, fried foods and sugar. Combat inflammation with a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, beans, and the healthy fats found in cold-water fish, nuts and seeds.    

 

Step 2  

Take  vitamin supplements every day to ensure you are getting the recommended   amounts of key vitamins.  Even a small deficiency can weaken immunity.

 

Step 3

 Consume yogurt. They are rich in the friendly bacteria known as probiotics. These bacteria help fight off and detoxify harmful substances from the body. Or you can also take a supplement called acidophillus that can help balance intestinal flora.

 

 

Step 4

 Exercise.  This will boost immunity and help keep weight under control. Aim for 10 to 15 minutes daily. No need to overdo exercise.

 

Step 5

 Destress. Stress demolish the bodys immunity system

 

Step 6

 Get at least seven to eight hours of sleep every night.
