Hydrocele is the swelling of the scrotum in the testicle making it look like a water balloon. It is transparent if you shine a light through it. Generally harmless and painless but can cause discomfort due to it's size and low self esteem in those afflicted with it. Caused by trauma - accident, surgery, over sex resulting in fluids not draining properly.
The subject in his early 40's had a surgery five+ years ago to lower testicle sacs to facilitate sperm motility. This surgery did not help his fertility and on the other hand caused hydrocele in his right scrotum. According to the subject his scrotum started swelling right after his surgery and resembling a "small coconut". As a therapist I was able to help prevent it from becoming bigger.
However in a session I tried a different tactic that was actually able to shrink the afflicted testicle until it is normal size. I used baby oil infused with msm - . The feedback I got from the subject was after my treatment, over the next 10 days or so he had very frequent urination with afflicted testicle getting smaller and smaller until it became normal in size. I believe the surgery might have caused nerves to die off and the msm revived nerves and rejuvenated them enough to allow for fluids to drain properly.
If you wish to try this you can use one cup olive or baby oil infused with 1.5 level teaspoon of powdered msm (Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM). Use this oil to massage afflicted scrotum and it's surrounding area for at least 20 minutes. Hydrocele has a tendency to come back unless the nerves are completely healed. So if it does just repeat the procedure.
